I write software in my spare time, for this website, to solve particular problems and just to learn stuff.

When others hear this, they often launch into how much money you can make selling apps, and for some this is true. But for many it is not and there are many good applications that have failed to be recognized and gain the necessary popularity.

Unpredictable and rare events and how we respond to them play a part in directing our lives.
