Which floor?

Some Malaysian building have fascinating floor labeling systems.

Just down the road is the Empire shopping mall which has from bottom to top levels LG, G UG, 1 and 2. There is also some parking levels beneath.

Our apartment block however really goes to town. We have:
B1 - car parking and empty shops at the rear;
G - car parking and shops at front;
P1, P2, P3, P4 - four more levels of cars;
R - the recreation level;
1, 2, 3 - first three floors of apartments;
3A - the fourth floor, four is an unlucky number for the Chinese;
5 to 12 - the fifth to twelfth floors of apartments;
12A - the thirteenth floor, avoiding that unlucky number
12B - the fourteenth floor, avoiding another four;
and finally 15 - the top of the building.

So here on level 10 we are 17 stories up above the ground level at the rear of the building and on clear day we can see all the way to the KL Tower with the famous Petronas Twin Towers immediately behind and some fairly impressive mountains behind them.
