Yes! We're back in Yogya!

And our first little trip for more than a year was a pearl.

Together with a former colleague and his family, we went to Puncak Becici, whose fame has increased since a visit by former US President Obama.

Today was Indonesia's 72nd birthday. En route we spotted various village ceremonies; and little groups were celebrating at the top as well.

The peak offers a beautiful pine-filled site, wonderful views, a host of photo opportunities, and -- of course -- places to eat and drink.

A thoroughly splendid morning out. A pity that I had to come back and work, but hey...
